Before You Bring Your Closet In

Whether you are a new or existing consignor, please complete our appointment request form before bringing items into the store.

Appointments are available Wednesday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Once your request is reviewed, we will contact you regarding appointment availability. Because our inventory needs are constantly changing, not every submission will be approved for an appointment.

CONDITION MATTERS

Pieces should arrive clean, current, and ready for their next closet.

We are unable to accept items with stains, holes, damage, odors, excessive wear, or pet hair.

We carefully select inventory based on current demand, season, condition, brand, style, and available space in the shop.

We review your pieces and select the items that are the best fit for our current inventory.

Sell

Accepted pieces are priced, merchandised, and available for sale for up to 105 days.

Accepted inventory is available for sale for up to 105 days. Pricing is reduced throughout the rotation.

WEEKS 1–6 Full Price

WEEKS 7–9 20% Off

WEEKS 10–12 50% Off

WEEKS 13–15 75% Off

Unsold Items

Due to limited space and the volume of inventory moving through our shop, we are unable to hold or return items that remain unsold after their 105-day consignment period.

Unsold merchandise is donated at the end of its rotation, with the exception of select higher-end pieces.
