- Items purchased within the last few years
- Clean, gently worn, free of stains, holes, or odors
- Originally priced at $30 or more (retail)
HOW IT WORKS
- Drop Off: Bring your items in during your scheduled appointment.
- Review & Selection: We will review your items and select what’s right for our shop. Unaccepted items can either be donated or returned to you.
- Pricing & Display: We’ll price your accepted items and display them in-store for up to 105 days.
PLEASE NOTE: UNSOLD ITEMS
Due to limited space and inventory flow, we are unable to hold or return items that do not sell within the consignment rotation period. All unsold items will be donated at the end of their 105-day cycle, except for higher-end items.
We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a fresh selection and organized space!
PAYOUTS AND STORE CREDIT INFO
- Payouts: We process payouts every Wednesday through Cash App, Venmo, or you may opt to pick up a check at our store.
- To Request a Payout: Please contact us to request your payout through any of the following methods: call us, send a text, reach out via Messenger, or visit us in person.
- Store Credit: You can also use your store credit at any time in-store.
APPOINTMENT INFO
- Appointments are required
- Available Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:30 AM–4:00 PM
- No Saturday appointments
- New clients: Limit of 30 items
DROP-OFF PREP
- Items must be folded in a box, tote, or laundry hamper
(No hangers or trash bags, please) - Your container will be returned at the end of your appointment
DISCOUNT SCHEDULE
Weeks 1–6 Full price
Weeks 7-9: 20% off
Weeks 10-12 50% off
Weeks 13-15 75% off
After that, unsold items are donated to local churches or charities.
