Position: Sales & Social Media Associate

About the Role:
We’re looking for someone fabulous to join our small but mighty team at The Consignment Bar! This role is perfect for someone upbeat, creative, and ready to help with both store operations and social media. Every day is a little different, so if you’re flexible and love learning on your feet, keep reading!

 Be Personable:
Good vibes, happy lives! A great attitude and positive energy are a must—bring your personality and smile every day.

 Sales & Customer Service:
Answer customer questions, help them find items, and ring up purchases.

 Inventory Management:
Help with tagging, researching brands, pricing items, and getting inventory out on the floor.

 Messaging & Communication:
Respond to phone calls, texts, and DMs across all our platforms.

 Consignment Intake:
Assist with processing incoming consignments and organizing items for display.

 Point of Sale:
Handle checkout smoothly and accurately.

 Assist Consignors:
Provide information on accounts and payouts.

  Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.

  Social Media Support:
Assist with creating and posting content for our social media and website.

• Must be 18 or older (preferably out of high school)
• Must be available to work Tuesday-Friday, some Saturdays, and at Downtown events
• Store hours: Wed–Fri: 10–5 | Sat: 10–4 | Tue: behind-the-scenes workday
• Must be a team player who can go with the flow, be flexible, and bring fresh ideas!
