JOB DECREIPTION
- Positions: 2 part time employees OR 1 full time employee

- Sales and customer service: Answering questions, helping customers find items, and ringing up sales
- Inventory management: Monitoring inventory and working with team members to ensure inventory flow: including researching brands, pricing, tagging, putting out items, etc.
- Answering messages: Answering phone calls, text messages, and all social media messages
- Consignment intake: Processing consignment intake
- Point of sale transactions: Handling point of sale transactions
- Assisting consignors: Assisting consignors with account information and consignment payouts
- Organizing: Organizing counters and displays and general maintenance of store.
- Helping with social media: Helping and posting on social media and website
- Age: 18 years old or older (preferably out of high school)
- Hours: Our store hours are WED-FRI 10-5 and SAT 10-4. On Tuesdays, we are at the store to get tasks done that cannot be accomplished during store hours. Must be able to work Tuesdays, some weekends, and Downtown events.
This position requires one to be open to changes, and ideas, and just go with the flow! Learning on your feet, teamwork, and creativity is just what you'll gain from working at The Consignment Bar!
