SOCIAL MEDIA + STORE ASSOCIATE

We're looking for someone creative, dependable and fashion-loving to join our team. This position is a mix of creating content, styling new arrivals and helping with the everyday flow of the store.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on retail and social media position where no two days look exactly the same. You’ll help with the day-to-day store experience while also creating content for The Consignment Bar. From helping customers and merchandising new arrivals to styling outfits, taking photos and creating social media content, you’ll have a hand in both the store and our online presence. We’re looking for someone creative, dependable and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Position SOCIAL MEDIA + RETAIL ASSOCIATE
Location DOWNTOWN BENTON
Schedule TUESDAY: CLOSED
WEDNESDAY–FRIDAY: 10AM–5PM
SATURDAY: 10AM–4PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create photos, videos, Reels & social media content
  • Style outfits and merchandise for content
  • Edit photos and short-form videos
  • Post content to Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
  • Help plan and come up with creative content ideas
  • Answer customer messages, phone calls & texts
  • Help customers in-store and provide great customer service
  • Check customers out at the register
  • Keep racks, displays & merchandise organized
  • Merchandise and put out new arrivals
  • Help keep the store clean and presentable
  • Assist with incoming inventory and daily store tasks
  • Learn our products, brands & consignment process
  • Take initiative and stay productive during slower periods
  • Jump in wherever the store needs you

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who can balance the creative side of the job with the everyday responsibilities of working in a retail store. Social media, photography, styling or retail experience is a plus, but being reliable, willing to learn and excited to be part of the team matters just as much.
