We’re looking for friendly, dependable, detail-loving people to join our team at The Consignment Bar in Downtown Benton. If you love fashion, helping customers, organizing pretty things, and can thrive in a little organized chaos, you might be our kind of person. Consignment has a lot of moving parts, so multitasking is a must.
We are currently hiring for two full-time positions:
Retail/Social Media Associate and Assistant Manager.
Applicants must have open availability Tuesday through Friday, with Saturday availability as scheduled.
Retail/Social Media Associate
This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, helping customers, creating content, and staying busy. You’ll help keep the store running smoothly while jumping between customers, racks, inventory, and social media.
What You’ll Help With
- Greeting and helping customers
- Ringing up purchases at checkout
- Keeping the sales floor clean, styled, and organized
- Helping create and post social media content
- Assisting with inventory processing, tagging, hanging, steaming, cleaning, and lint rolling.
- Helping with dressing rooms, returns to racks, and daily store tasks
- Multitasking through a little organized chaos
Good Fit If You Are
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable talking to customers
- Interested in fashion, resale, styling, or boutique retail
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn our process
- Comfortable helping with social media when needed
- Able to work in a fast-paced small business environment
Assistant Manager
This role is for someone who can help lead the day-to-day flow of the store, make decisions, support the team, and keep things moving when there are a lot of moving parts.
What You’ll Help With
- Opening, closing, and daily store operations
- Supporting and guiding employees during the day
- Helping customers and consignors professionally
- Overseeing inventory flow, intake tasks, tagging, and pricing
- Keeping the store organized and running efficiently
- Helping solve problems as they come up
- Making sure daily tasks are completed
Good Fit If You Are
- Responsible, dependable, and confident leading others
- Organized and able to multitask without getting overwhelmed
- Comfortable making decisions and communicating clearly
- Experienced in retail, customer service, management, or small business operations
- Able to help create structure in a busy consignment environment
